Political Impartiality Policy
We understand the importance of following the guidelines set forth by the Department for Education and his Majesty's government. To that end, we adhere strictly to the rules outlined in the Education Act of 1996 and refrain from expressing opinions on international, diplomatic, philosophical, or politically partisan issues. Our priority is to provide the best educational resources possible to support both teachers and students alike.
Safeguarding reporting protocols
At Winchester MBI Ltd., it is our policy to prioritize the safety and protection of children and vulnerable adults. We require that any safeguarding issues witnessed by our representatives within a school are reported immediately to the designated safeguarding lead and/or safeguarding/SLT team. Furthermore, we ask that our representatives also inform Winchester MBI Ltd. of the issue so appropriate action can be taken and the relevant records can be kept.
Serious Complaint Policy
At Winchester MBI Ltd., we are committed to providing exceptional service and hold our representatives to the highest standards. Our policy states that the managing director will be made aware of any serious complaints and has the power to call for an inquiry and investigation. We take all complaints seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible. To make a complaint an email needs to be written to limitedwinchester@gmail.com and marked as PRIORITY in block capitals, and clearly marked as COMPLAINT, in block capitals
Risk assesment Policy
At Winchester MBI Ltd., we recognize the importance of responsible publishing practices. As an integral part of this, we have implemented a strict policy of carrying out risk assessments on all potential employees. It is our belief that every person has the right to feel safe and secure, particularly in an educational context. Professional conduct policy
Our policy is simple: all Winchester MBI Ltd. employees are expected to behave in a professional manner at all times when representing the company. Failure to do so may lead to disciplinary action being taken. We believe that professionalism is key to maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and we are committed to upholding these values.
Obligations to report policy
At Winchester MBI Ltd., we take our responsibility to safeguard children paramount. As part of this responsibility, we are obligated by law to report any concerns we may have about a school to the relevant authority, whether it be the academy trust, the Department for Education, or the local council. However, we will always address the concerns with the school first and we consider this a last resort. Any decision to report any wrongdoing will always be the deliberation ofthe senior management team, but again we would like to reiterate this is a last and final resort.
Privy Policy
Winchester MBI Ltd. is committed to upholding professional standards in all of our publishing activities. We have established two official seals to represent our commitment to professionalism and legacy. Our company seal is used for all official transactions while our House of Winchester seal is reserved for non-professional capacity. We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and maintain our reputation as a professional publishing company.
Three strike Policy
Our three-strike policy consists of a verbal warning for the first strike, followed by a written warning from our senior management team for the second strike. In the event of a third strike, the employee will receive a final written warning from our managing director. After a final strike is issued these are grounds for an inquiry by the company and could warrant grounds for dismissal and termination of employment.
Grounds and actions when dealing with complaints
At Winchester MBI Ltd., we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and respect for all individuals. It is of utmost importance that our employees and representatives remain mindful not to offend any of their colleagues or clients while carrying out their duties. In the event that concerns are raised by another employee or a client, appropriate channels will be notified, and an investigation will be authorized at the discretion of the Senior Management Team. In the event that the complaint is raised against a member of the senior management team then an investigation is at the deliberation and authority of the managing director
